Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 carrots, cut up
  • 2 potatoes, cut up
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. green beans
  • 1 small tomato

Instructions

  1. Shape the ground beef in small balls.
  2. Lay in a pot.
  3. Add the vegetables to the meat.
  4. Add water to cover.
  5. Add lid and simmer on top of stove slowly until done.
  6. Much better if made a day before you use it, then you can skim the fat off the top when it is cold.
