10 Minute Chicken
A quick and comforting chicken and rice dish with creamy mushroom sauce, perfect for busy weeknights and satisfying for the whole family.

Instructions
- Melt margarine in a frypan.
- Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
- Add chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook over medium heat until golden.
- Prepare rice while the chicken is cooking.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Place desired amount of rice on a plate.
- Add 6 to 10 pieces of cooked chicken on top of the rice.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken and rice.
