Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Instructions

  2. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, coconut, and vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie shells.
  5. Bake at 350°F on the lowest shelf for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
