Ingredients

  • 6-9 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup Sprite
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt margarine, then stir in flour and salt until blended.
  2. Slowly add Sprite and milk, stirring until mixture is smooth.
  3. Add cheese and stir until it is melted into the mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Break eggs into the sauce.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until eggs become firm.
