Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder or salt

Instructions

  1. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ground ginger, and garlic powder or salt well.
  2. Pierce the meat with a fork on both sides to help the marinade penetrate.
  3. Marinate the meat in the mixture for 24 to 36 hours in the refrigerator.
