Creamy, cheesy spread with American, Velveeta, and Colby cheeses, accented by pimento and onion, perfect for parties and gatherings with crackers or bread.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Colby cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
  • 1 pt. Kraft mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Grate the American, Velveeta, and Colby cheeses with a hand grater.
  2. Add chopped pimento, mayonnaise, sugar, prepared mustard, and grated small onion to the cheeses.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Chopped olives may be added if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least a day to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with crackers or party rye bread.
