Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine, crushed pecans, and flour together.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 12 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until browned.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Prepare the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk according to package instructions.
  6. Spread the cream cheese over the cooled crust.
  7. Top with the prepared puddings, alternating flavors if desired.
  8. Fold the large-sized Cool Whip into the pudding layers to create a fluffy topping.
  9. Chill the pie in the refrigerator before serving.
