- Mix flour, oleo, and chopped pecans; spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for about 15 minutes or until well done and crisp.
- Allow the crust to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the instant pudding mixes and milk; beat until well combined and thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until blended.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
- Top with additional Cool Whip.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
