Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 packages instant pudding mix (vanilla and chocolate preferred)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Cool Whip (additional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oleo, and chopped pecans; spread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for about 15 minutes or until well done and crisp.
  3. Allow the crust to cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the instant pudding mixes and milk; beat until well combined and thickened.
  6. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip until blended.
  7. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Top with additional Cool Whip.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
