Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup wheat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
