Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can hominy
  • 1 or 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add another 2 cups of water and continue cooking.
  3. Stir in the green beans, corn, hominy, tomato sauce, butter, and seasoning to taste.
  4. Cook until the butter melts and ingredients are heated through, then serve.
