Ingredients

  • 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or dishpan.
  2. Stir and mix well.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given and mix well.
  4. Let the batter sit for 2 to 3 hours before baking.
  5. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  7. Makes 5 dozen muffins.
  8. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 weeks.
  9. Use as needed.
