Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or dishpan.
- Stir and mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given and mix well.
- Let the batter sit for 2 to 3 hours before baking.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Makes 5 dozen muffins.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 5 weeks.
