7 Layer Cookie Bars
Layers of crunchy graham cracker crumbs, sweet coconut, and melted chocolate and butterscotch chips create a rich, chewy treat perfect for parties, potlucks, or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Melt the butter.
- Mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the first layer.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
- Spread chocolate chips over the coconut layer.
- Add butterscotch chips on top of the chocolate layer.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
- Gently press down all layers with the back of a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
