A creamy, tropical-inspired dessert with pineapple and vanilla, layered with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream, perfect for a light, flavorful treat served chilled.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. soft butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Line a bowl with graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Mix butter, powdered sugar, and egg yolks together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crumbs in the bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix whipped cream, crushed pineapple, nuts, and vanilla together.
  5. Pour the pineapple mixture on top of the layered base.
  6. Save some graham cracker crumbs to sprinkle on top.
  7. Make the dessert a day before and refrigerate.
