A rich, no-bake fruitcake combining raisins, coconut, pecans, and marshmallows, ideal for festive occasions or as a sweet, crunchy treat for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box graham crackers, finely ground
  • 1 lb. box raisins
  • 7 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 lb. pecans, chopped
  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 1 c. milk
  • cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the marshmallows in the milk.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into tins or loaf pans.
  6. Refrigerate the cake covered for several hours or until firm.
