Ingredients

  • 1 sweet onion
  • bacon
  • julienne ham
  • egg
  • shredded lettuce
  • Swiss cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • frozen peas

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, start layering with 1/2 head shredded lettuce.
  2. Add a layer of cooked bacon.
  3. Follow with a layer of chopped eggs.
  4. Add a layer of frozen peas.
  5. Layer with sweet onion slices.
  6. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise dressing over the onion.
  7. Add a layer of julienne ham.
  8. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  9. Press down after each layer to compact the salad.
  10. Once assembled, cover with Glad Wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to meld.
