- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, and eggs.
- Add your chosen A-Z ingredient (such as bananas, apples, or zucchini) to the sugar mixture.
- Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Mix well until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
