Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups A-Z (e.g., bananas, apples, applesauce, zucchini, pineapple)
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Add your chosen A-Z ingredient (such as bananas, apples, or zucchini) to the sugar mixture.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
  5. Mix well until combined.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  8. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans.
  10. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
