Ingredients

  • celery salt
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • onion
  • lean beef
  • green pepper
  • water
  • comino
  • del monte tomato
  • garlic
  • bay leaf
  • olive oil
  • ro-tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In heavy iron pot saute onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
  2. Add beef and brown thoroughly.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 3 hours. Remove bay leaf.
