Light and crispy meringue cookies infused with vanilla, studded with chocolate chips and crunchy cornflakes, perfect for a sweet snack or festive treat.

Instructions
- Beat egg whites, salt, and vanilla until frothy.
- Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until very stiff.
- Gently fold in crushed cornflakes and chocolate chips.
- Drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto a well-greased cookie sheet, well apart.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Cool slightly before removing to a cooling rack.
