Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 18 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl; add liquids and stir just enough for all ingredients to be wet.
  2. Pour into buttered and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Cool in pan before removing.
  5. Cake becomes moist with age.
  6. Tastes best when 2 or 3 days old.
