Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. broken nuts
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Blend Crisco and sugar; add eggs and milk, then coconut, raisins and nuts.
  2. Sift salt, baking powder and flour; mix.
  3. Add oatmeal and stir into liquid ingredients.
  4. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
