Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Scald the cream with butter.
  2. Add the mixture to thoroughly combined dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in eggs.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake.
