Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. On low heat, simmer butter, onion, and garlic until soft.
  2. Add clams, reserved juice, lemon juice, oregano, Tabasco sauce, and cayenne pepper; then add bread crumbs.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and strips of Muenster cheese.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
