Almond Nut Crackers
Sweet and crunchy almond nut crackers feature caramelized sugar and toasted almonds on crispy crackers, perfect as a sweet snack or party treat for sharing.

Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add sugar and boil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to caramelize.
- Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla and immediately pour over the crackers on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove immediately from oven.
- Place on a cooling rack.
