Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked ham
  • pinch of cloves
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 slices canned pineapple

Instructions

  1. Blend ham, bread crumbs, egg, milk and ketchup; sprinkle in cloves.
  2. Put sugar and margarine in a loaf pan; heat until melted. Place halved pineapple slices on sugar and margarine in bottom of pan.
  3. Cover with ham mixture.
  4. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Invert on platter to serve.
