Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. wieners, cut each in eighths
  • 1 green pepper, cut in 1/2-inch squares
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
  2. Stir well to coat fruit, pepper, and wieners with sauce.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Stir halfway through cooking.
