Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. whole oats
  • 1 c. water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 6 apples with skins
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Soak the oats overnight in water.
  2. Mix the soaked oats with lemon juice, yogurt, shredded apples, honey, and chopped nuts.
