Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 can shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped dates, sugar, and eggs in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Stir in Rice Krispies and chopped nuts.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter.
  6. Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
