Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning and sage.
- Melt margarine in skillet.
- Brown chicken in margarine with mushrooms and onion.
- When chicken is almost fully cooked, add soup and water.
- Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add rice and simmer for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
