Anise Oat Buns

Instructions
- Bring milk to boiling point and pour it over the oats, rye flour, crushed anise, salt and honey in a large bowl.
- Mix together.
- Cover the mixture with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it cool to 98.6° C. (body temperature).
- Dissolve yeast in 1/4 to 1/2 cup lukewarm water and add to the mixture.
- Work in enough white flour to make dough solid enough to shape into buns.
- This dough is very sticky and cannot be kneaded.
- It needs no first rising.
