Anita'S Rolls
Anita's Rolls are soft, buttery yeast rolls with a slight sweetness, perfect for breakfast, dinner sides, or special occasions, appealing to bread lovers of all ages.

- Pour 1 cup warm water into a large bowl.
- Add 2 packages of yeast to the warm water and heat 1 cup of water to boiling.
- Add 1 cup Crisco, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt to the mixture.
- Add 2 eggs to the yeast mixture, then add the Crisco mixture.
- When the mixture is cool, add 6 cups of flour and stir well.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Pat down the dough and put it in the fridge.
- Portion the dough into muffin tins to rise as needed.
- When placing rolls in muffin tins, let them rise for 1 hour, then bake at 375°F until brown.
