Ingredients

  • 14 boned and skinned chicken breasts halves
  • 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced onion, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Melt the butter in a separate dish.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter until coated, then into the dry mixture.
  4. Roll the coated chicken into balls.
  5. Place the chicken balls in a buttered baking dish.
  6. Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/4 hours.
