Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar and butter together until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
  3. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the crumb mixture, pressing it evenly into the bottom.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crumb crust.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Allow the torte to cool completely.
  9. Spread blueberry pie filling over the top of the cooled torte.
  10. Chill well before serving and cover with whipped cream if desired.
