- Cream sugar and butter together until smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and mix well.
- Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the crumb mixture, pressing it evenly into the bottom.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crumb crust.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
- Allow the torte to cool completely.
- Spread blueberry pie filling over the top of the cooled torte.
- Chill well before serving and cover with whipped cream if desired.
