Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, cooking oil, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well with a mixer for about 3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, pecans, cocoa, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured tube cake pan.
  5. Add half of the sugar mixture on top and swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
  6. Add the remaining batter over the first layer.
  7. Top with the remaining sugar mixture and swirl again.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
