Ann'S Burnt Cookies
Creamy, chocolate and butterscotch-topped graham crackers baked to a crispy finish, then chilled and sliced into squares—perfect for sweet snacking or sharing at gatherings.

Instructions
- Spray a cookie sheet with Pam or non-stick spray.
- Lay graham crackers evenly on the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan, boil brown sugar with margarine for 2 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate morsels and butterscotch morsels over the top.
- Spread the melted chocolate and butterscotch evenly over the surface.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for 3 minutes to set.
- Score the entire surface into squares while still cool.
- Return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares to serve.
