Ingredients

  • 15 oz. canned pork and beans
  • 4 oz. Catalina salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 4 oz. sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 10 oz. package Fritos

Instructions

  1. Combine the pork and beans, Catalina salad dressing, chopped onion, chopped green olives, sliced black olives, chopped green pepper, chopped celery, and chopped peeled tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Just before serving, add the chopped lettuce and Fritos. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
