Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries or strawberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine sliced apples, blueberries or strawberries, brown sugar, thawed orange juice concentrate, flour, and cinnamon until the fruit is well coated.
  4. Spoon the fruit mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
