Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 14 cup whole wheat flour
  • 23 cup dates, chopped
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon sea salt
  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 1 12 cups raw apples, shredded

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Press mixture into 8" x 8" baking dish.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F until lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
  5. Loosen with spatula, and cut into bars while warm.
  6. Serve hot for breakfast.
