- Add 1/2 cup boiling water to cinnamon candies and stir until dissolved.
- Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water to the Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the dissolved Jell-O into a mixing bowl.
- Add the dissolved cinnamon candies to the Jell-O mixture.
- Add ice cubes to the mixture and stir until the Jell-O starts to set.
- Add chopped apples and chopped celery to the mixture and stir well.
- Chill until the Jell-O is firm before serving.
