Ingredients

  • 1 precut slaw package
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, cut small
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, and sugar together in a small bowl.
  2. Combine precut slaw, small-cut apples, chopped celery, and chopped carrots in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the vegetable and fruit mixture with the mayonnaise mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Optional: Add raisins, sunflower seeds, or pine nuts to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
