Ingredients

  • 1 large package lemon jello
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • liquid from oranges
  • water to make 2 cups
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Place orange liquid and water in a pan with cloves and cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove cloves and cinnamon sticks from the mixture.
  3. Add mandarin oranges and chopped pecans to the mixture.
  4. Pour into a bowl, pan, or mold and chill until the jello is set.
