Apple Griddlecakes

Instructions
- Sift into mixing bowl the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Place milk, egg, soft fat, apples and sugar in blender. Cover container of blender and turn on.
- Run until apples are finely chopped, about 5 seconds.
- Pour blended mixture over sifted flour mixture.
- Stir until barely mixed.
- Bake on hot greased, griddle, using about 2 tablespoons batter per cake.
