Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 3/4 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients: brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add slightly beaten eggs, vanilla, peeled and chopped apples, and walnuts to the dry mixture and mix well.
