Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 level tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix the white sugar and flour together in a bowl.
  2. Break the eggs over the mixture and beat well.
  3. Add the dark Karo syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a prepared pie crust.
