Ingredients

  • 4 large apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
  2. Slice the apples and arrange them in the prepared pie pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts and sprinkle over the apples.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Add flour, sugar, and butter to the beaten eggs and mix until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the apples in the pie pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  8. Slice and serve like pie.
