Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Fill a 9-inch pie pan with sliced apples.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples.
  4. Beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and melted margarine until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the apples in the pie pan.
  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
