Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 9-inch vanilla wafer crust
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Put milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and cheese in the blender container; blend until mixture is smooth.
  2. Set aside a few whole cranberries from the sauce.
  3. Fold the remaining cranberry sauce into the cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the chilled vanilla wafer crust.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with the reserved cranberries.
