Apple Roll Cake

Instructions
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
- Combine flour, powder and salt.
- Mix alternately with enough milk to moisten (like biscuit dough).
- Roll 1/2-inch thick.
- Spread with raisins, thin sliced apples and nuts.
- Sprinkle on some sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
- Roll like jelly roll.
- Use waxed paper to help roll.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Ice with thin icing when cold.
