Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cook until thick, approximately 7 minutes in the microwave.
  3. Pour over 6 medium-size apples, cubed, and 1 cup of marshmallows.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Add nuts or raisins, if desired.
