- Sprinkle the egg mixture over the flour mixture.

- Divide the dough in half.
- Roll the first piece to fit the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Arrange sliced apples in the crust-lined pan.
- Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
- Roll the remaining dough to fit as a top crust and arrange over the filling.
- Seal the edges of the crusts.
- Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for 40 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing confectioners sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk, then frost the baked apple slices.
