Apple Stew
Ingredients
Instructions
- Brown beef in oil.
- Stir in apple juice and seasonings.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in onions and carrots.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add apples during the last 5 minutes.
- Blend flour and water together; stir into pan juices. Cook and stir until thickened.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serves 4.
